Shipping & Returns

We Use a variety of Delivery methods to ensure best value for customers, as summarized below, we reserve the right to change your delivery method or cancel the order if the selected one is unsuitable. Delivery Charges as Based on Weight and Value of the items Ordered.

The follow applies to UK customers only.

Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class: Suitable for single or low weight items of value less than £20 do deliver on Saturdays

Royal Mail 1st/2nd Recorded: As 1st/2nd class but requires a signature on delivery, allows quick resolution of missing packages, orders upto £34 do deliver on Saturdays.

Orders over £34 must be sent special delivery or via courier

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Suitable for items up to £500 in value and under 10Kg, guaranteed delivery next working day after posting (subject to RM terms and Conditions), do deliver on Saturday delivery (but not guaranteed). If an item is delivered late it maybe possible to reclaim the postage cost (subject to successful claim and RM terms and conditions)

Items damaged in transit should be signed for as damaged, if you cannot check the parcel it should be sign for as unchecked, you should retain all original packing material, failure to do so may result in any damage claims been rejected.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, as it is beyond our control, an email is sent once an item is dispatched and will include any relevant tracking codes.

Where person must be present to sign for the item, if a signature cannot be obtained a note will be left by the delivery person with instructions. We accept no responsibility for failure to collect or to rearrange delivery for an item in these circumstances.

Should an item be returned to us due to failure to deliver the customer will be liable for the cost of re-posting

Courier Surcharges: The Following areas have a surcharge for Parcel Force Delivery. This is Calulated Automaticaly by the checkout

Northern Ireland: All Postcodes

Scottish Highlands: PH19 - PH44, PH49, PH50. PA20 - PA88. KA27 AND KA28. ALL IV, KW, ZE AND HS POSTCODES

Returns

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) items maybe return up to 7 days after delivery at the buyer’s expense for a refund. You need to contact us within 7 days of delivery to inform us you are returning the goods. Please email Customer Support for return details

The DSR does not apply to custom-made items, consumables, computer software that the customer has unsealed or where the customer collects from us in person.

Please note you are required to take reason able care of goods while in your possession it is also your responsibility that items you are returning are suitably insured. Items which are returned in poor condition or damaged maybe subject to charges.

Problem with items within 30 days

Faulty items need to be return to us for testing, you must include all original packaging and contents. Please email Customer Support for return details. If the item is faulty we will arrange a replacement to be sent out and refund of the return postage (as specified in the return details). In certain circumstances we may decide refund instead.

Over 30 Days. After 30 days to maybe preferable to contact the manufacture direct to deal with the problem, however this is dependent on the manufacturer. Please email Customer Support for details.

Items are covered for a maxium of 1 year return to base warranty
