Tuned for Silent yet Provide Static Pressure
By setting the fan speed relatively low level at 3500rpm, the silent noise level of 19.56dBA is achieved.  Static pressure is provided by making the fan thickness to 20mm which makes this fan to be still silent yet provides more airflow!
